History of the Practice

Your Favorite Dallas Provider for Over 30 Years!

Our team is multilingual in Arabic, Hebrew, Spanish and Farsi!

Welcome to Park Central Dental where we are proud to uphold a long tradition of excellent dentistry. When you visit our office you can count on our dentists and team to work one-on-one with you to provide your care and help you achieve a healthy, beautiful smile. Each doctor and team member who joins our practice upholds our legacy of friendly, family-oriented and high-quality dentistry, and we are thrilled to be part of a multi-generation practice dedicated to exceptional care.

Park Central Dental was established in 1984 by Dr. Sandra McCarthy, a prosthodontist who graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry, and who still works part-time at our office! In 1986, Dr. Mazin Nakhleh purchased the practice, keeping Dr. McCarthy on as a provider.

Dr. Nakhleh was the first dentist in the Dallas metroplex to speak Arabic and Hebrew. Having multiple nationalities in both our staff and our patient family has made us feel more united in all aspects of our practice.

Over the years, Park Central Dental has continued to grow, improve, and serve the Dallas community. We have continually worked to expand our services and offer a range of procedures to benefit our patients.

Dr. Sharifi joined us as a dentist after having previously worked at Park Central Dental as an assistant. She assisted for many years as she continued her studies, earned her dental degree from Baylor College of Dentistry and reunited with our team in 2011.

In 2022 we welcomed Dr. Fisher to our practice, and she brought with her the ability to provide Invisalign® clear aligner therapy and implant dentistry services.

Our dentists and team at Park Central Dental look forward with excitement to continuing to serve you and your family through comprehensive dental care in Dallas, Texas, for many years to come. We invite you to call us today at 214-340-9696 to learn more about our services and schedule your personal consultation.
